My Interview Lecturer English FPSC

chairman : So, Mr. M Amjad you did your masters in literature in 2019
Me : No sir, I did my masters in language and linguistics
Chairman: oo it's okay, so what are you doing these days?
Me: Sir, Now I'm serving as a government teacher near my hometown.
chairman:now you are serving in your hometown but in FPSC we can allocate you any where in Pakistan, are you willing.
Me : yes sir absolutely I'm fully willing with devotion
(He smiles)
chairman: Mr. now you are teaching small children but as a Lecturer you have to teach elder students will you be easy?
Me : yes Sir I can teach also elder students and I also have the experience to teach at college level 2nd time I teach in a private college to masters class
chairman: What is the difference between Younger and elder students
Me: Sir students in schools are immature and have loose attitude their behavior is not so serious we have to control them but at college level they are mature , easy to control.
chairman: Okay and refer to ma'am.
Ma'am: what is eclectic method?
me : Eclectic method is the combination of different approaches to teach a language
ma'am: define diphthong?
Me : combination of two vowel sounds.
ma'am: give the example
me: for example in coin oi and in about OU are diphthongs
ma'am:
Is GTM has value these days
Me : GTM is the Grammar Translation Method which is used to teach a language through grammar
ma'am
Ma'am: my question is is the gym has value today or not
Me: yes ma'am it has the value according to the perception of the students
Ma'am: you uttered a sentence, GTM have the value these days, correct this sentence
Me : GTM has the value those days
ma'am: okay
and refer me to the member of pedagogy

sir: what are your habbies
me: sir I play football in the evening
sir : what are your strengths and weaknesses
Me : Sir im a self motivated and have the passion of teaching and I have good communication skills
and my weakness is that sometimes I became more friendly with students and they over react
sir : how will you control mischievous students
me : I'll communicate with him sympathetically ask him the reason and resolve it
sir : okay and refer to next member of General knowledge
member : what are Scandinavian countries?
Me: Norway, Sweden, Denmark
sir : who was Lord Mountbatten?
Me : Lord Mountbatten was the last viceroy of indopak.
who was the first foreign minister of Pakistan
Me : sorry sir
sir ,: who was first chief justice of Pakistan
Me : I'm not sure but I can guess it was m Zahid ( I wa wrong)
sir : what are contribution of mujaddad alaf sani and shah wali ullah ?
Me : mujadad alaf sani opposed the Akbar dene ilahi shah wali ullah was reformer of religion.
Note:
In interview room I gave detailed answers in interview room but here I mentioned just the crux of it
and
there were a few other questions which I forgot.
