Before joining Southwest Airlines as an Intern and eventually a Full-time Employee, our Company Culture resonated with Mary Carol! She grew up flying on our planes and even studied our history in school. Mary Carol immersed herself into the Southwest Culture since her first day as an Intern, and always felt the support and freedom to think outside the box in her role as a Technology Analyst. She’s thankful for a Company that allows her to embrace both her excitement for technology and love for People.
