Celia Leverton, Regenerative Agriculture Network Tasmanian (RANT) interview

Описание к видео Celia Leverton, Regenerative Agriculture Network Tasmanian (RANT) interview

Talking about the passion of regenerative agriculture practices with Landcare Tas and RANT member Celia Leverton on her farm Whistlers Ridge, in Franklin Tasmania.

Whistlers Ridge is 15 acres of former apple orchard overlooking the Huon River at Franklin.
Celia moved here 17 years ago when the children were little and designed the property around permaculture principles.
The children loved their ponies, sheep and ducks who ran freely, and Celia worked a market garden over half an acre for a few years and ran pastured egg laying hens in trailers throughout the farm.

The children have grown and spread their wings and Celia is now running cattle who are easier to manage on my own, along with a couple of goats to keep on top of the blackberries. Off farm income is from helping others design regenerative grazing and permaculture systems.
