In this video I take you to the mall to look at some frilly, feminine and beautiful bras and undergarments that will be...should I say... be uplifting!  I also pick out a bra that has a side tuck and cover for when I wear tank tops to hide this little bulge that keeps peeking out. I also talk about that magical new undergarment, shapewear and how it's not your grandmother's girdle. Although I have many women viewers over 50, this video vlog could be of interest to a woman in her thirties or forties too. Join me as I go shopping and help you to maybe get your groove back!
