Cassandra and Josh began their wedding day getting ready together, which we absolutely loved! In the Fort Garry Hotel Suite they gathered with a few family members for hair and makeup and quickly got dressed so we could make our way to the Winnipeg Exchange. The 4 of us spent the late morning exploring downtown Winnipeg while we snapped photos of this gorgeous couple. We were inspired by colour, composition and the natural light pouring through the downtown buildings. We then headed to Birds Hill Provincial Park where the couple said their vows in front of 10 guests. A beautifully decorated arch and florals by The Floral Fixx and a rainy afternoon was perfect for this intimate campsite ceremony. A small dinner held at the Inn at the Forks followed by some night photos of the couple happened in Upper Fort Garry. This included some coloured smoke bomb photography and off camera flash.
