ETW3 integrates three new features for John Holland: Route Control Blocking, improvements to fixed worksites and Track Occupancy Authorities (TOAs) following a train.

Since the implementation of ETW in September 2017, 85% of TOAs are issued via the ETW app which represents more than 20,000 work on track authorities.
