Lauren Potter who plays the role of Becky Johnson on the Fox hit show Glee caught up with Entertainment Scoop host Kiki Ayers at the Gold Meets Golden red carpet.

Though Potter couldn’t reveal too much about the show, she did give us the scoop on what’s to come for Glee.

“Becky gets a new boyfriend,” she said.

Potter’s character plays a cheerleader with down syndrome. Prior to Glee, she’s guest starred in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. President Barack Obama appointed the young actress to the President’s Committee for people with intellectual disabilities. Potter currently advises the White House on issues related to the population.

The 24 year old actress was very excited to be at the event and looked forward to seeing some of her favorite athletes and actors.

Gold Meets Golden brings together Hollywood entertainers and medal winning Olympians. The event supports US Olympic athletes and teams as well as Golden Globes stars. The event was held at the Equinox luxury gym and lounge in West LA. other stars included Nicole Kidman, Gina Rodriguez, Terrell Owens, and Lolo Jones.
