ALL STANDING Pilates Sculpt Workout For Weight Loss | 20 Min Pilates with Weights Workout

This is a 20 Min all standing Pilates Workout. Equipment needed is one dumbbell- I recommend 1-5lbs for beginners, 5-10+lbs for intermediate to advanced. This is a high rep routine, so choose something that is light enough to completed ~20 reps for the arms. This routine is gentle on the knees with no lunges or kneeling, and optional V squat or standing during arm work. I incorporate weights in many of my pilates routines, as resistance training has been shown to improve bone density, longevity, and weight loss.
