Migraine is a very common problem which is increasing rapidly among people. There can be some common symptoms of migraine, like headache, vomiting, vertigo, etc, and it repeats in 2 to 3 days, which is known as migraine attacks. Some other common symptoms of migraine are a tingling sensation in one side of the body, balancing disorder, and paralytic symptoms. A person can have a stroke or paralysis during migraine when they consume contraceptive pills, smoke, or drink. Other than this people over the age of 60 years can be diagnosed firstly with migraine along with paralytic symptoms, and treatment for migraine should be taken after consulting with a doctor.

Stroke is a disease in which the blood supply to the brain is blocked due to the blood clots in blood vessels, in this situation the oxygen supply to the brain through blood stops and causes stroke or paralysis, symptoms of a stroke are difficult to speech, paralysis of the one side of the body, blurred vision and balance disorder, and a stroke can be caused due to a migraine as well. The doctor concludes the video by telling us the ways to prevent migraine which could further lead to severe problems like a stroke or paralysis and suggests the changes one can make in their lifestyle to be healthier.

स्ट्रोक एक ऐसी बीमारी है जिसमें रक्त वाहिकाओं में रक्त के थक्कों के कारण मस्तिष्क को रक्त की आपूर्ति अवरुद्ध हो जाती है, इस स्थिति में रक्त के माध्यम से मस्तिष्क को ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति बंद हो जाती है और स्ट्रोक या पक्षाघात का कारण बनता है, स्ट्रोक के लक्षण बोलने में मुश्किल होते हैं, शरीर के एक तरफ का पक्षाघात, धुंधली दृष्टि और संतुलन विकार, और एक स्ट्रोक भी माइग्रेन के कारण हो सकता है। डॉक्टर हमें माइग्रेन को रोकने के तरीके बताकर वीडियो का समापन करते हैं जो आगे चलकर स्ट्रोक या लकवा जैसी गंभीर समस्याओं को जन्म दे सकता है और सुझाव देता है कि स्वस्थ रहने के लिए अपनी जीवनशैली में बदलाव कर सकते हैं।
