Sales price vs List Price is ⬇️
Inventory is ⬆️

*Sales prices have continued to inch their way down and interest rates started to creep back up.

*On average homes are selling for the list price or just below (of course this depends on the neighborhood and/or house).

*Inventory is up but it’s still far behind where we were with inventory this same time last year.

There has been a bright side!☀️ Even with numbers being down there has still been a lot of good activity. We’ve had lots of buyers out at open houses which is a good sign and homes that have been sitting for months suddenly receive a couple offers out of nowhere. While we had the bank collapses earlier this month activity remained fairly strong.

BUYERS - The savvy and prepared buyers are still out looking as there are some really good deals available for those seeking opportunities…specifically in the condo market!

SELLERS - inventory is still in your favor especially if you have a single family home. Your strategy to sell will be extremely key to your outcome.
