Stop trying to be liked by everyone.⁠

Not everyone is going to “get” you.⁠

Some will think you’re too much of this or too little of that.⁠

So what?⁠

Your job isn’t to please everyone. It’s to be true to yourself.⁠

If you’re here to share something—your light, your message—then shine it.⁠
⁠
And just because some people find it too bright doesn’t mean you should dim it. They can leave the room.⁠

The fear of being disliked is what holds most people back.⁠
⁠
But the world doesn’t need more people playing small.⁠
⁠
It needs bold leaders willing to step up, have an opinion, and spread their message.⁠
⁠
Because when you do, you attract the right people to you.⁠
⁠
Think of yourself like a radio tower.⁠
⁠
You emit a frequency.⁠
⁠
Not everyone tunes into the same one.⁠
⁠
Some people love rap, others country, others classical or techno.⁠
⁠
But a classical composer doesn’t suddenly switch to rap just because some people don’t like it.⁠
⁠
The purpose of sharing your message is first for YOU—to express your art.⁠
⁠
Second, it’s for the people who are meant to hear it.⁠
⁠
The best creators don’t water things down for the masses.⁠
⁠
They make something real. And in doing so, they create raving fans.⁠
⁠
That’s why most modern movies are forgettable, while the rare true works of art (yes, even Nacho Libre) live forever.⁠
⁠
It’s why I love walking through Europe and stumbling on boutique shops that feel alive—so different from the soulless big-box stores back home.⁠
⁠
There’s beauty in creating something only you can create.⁠
⁠
And if some people don’t like it?⁠
⁠
Let them go elsewhere.⁠
⁠
The people meant for you will find you.⁠
⁠
And here’s the paradox: the more you create for yourself, the more others benefit too.⁠
⁠
Because authenticity is magnetic.⁠
⁠
You’re not here to please everyone.⁠
⁠
You’re not “too hardcore.” They’re probably just too soft.⁠
⁠
Be you to the fullest - it will you attract the best possible people into your world.⁠
