Andrew Walton, a member of the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition (TUSC) and the Socialist Party, and Mathew Hulbert, a Liberal Democrat former Borough Councillor in Hinckley and Bosworth and a member of the Social Liberal Forum Council, talk about the place of Human Rights and 'British Values' in schools and in the lives of young people in Britain. Andrew Walton and Mathew Hulbert were speaking at a political parties debate on whether Britain should retain or replace the Human Rights Act. The debate was held at The Race Equality Centre (TREC) on Upper Brown Street on December 9 as part of the 2015 Leicester Human Rights Arts and Film Festival and was chaired by TREC chief executive officer, Iris Lightfoote.
