BIG BOY 2024 SUMMER SCHEDULE!

April 10, 2024 - Union Pacific released the schedule for the Big Boy, or at least part of the summer schedule on their Facebook page, Union Pacific Steam Club.

We would like to thank Union Pacific and especially Ed Dickens and the steam crew in Cheyenne who make these fabulous trips happen. THANKS!!! WOW!!

We have been scrambling to get a video out on the schedule, or at least what we know of it, and it looks like a fantastic July trip for the Big Boy, 4014. There will be a second trip in the fall as well, more on that as we know more.
This is the best schedule we can construct based on the information released on the Union Pacific Steam Club, mixed with a bit of rumor and mostly common sense with a bit of history tossed in. We will repost information as it becomes available.
