In this video, I take you on a walk through one of Bellingham’s most unique and walkable neighborhoods: Barkley Village. This area blends urban living with easy access to nature, making it my favorite neighborhood in Bellingham Wa!

We’ll start in the heart of Barkley Village, where you’ll find everything from great local restaurants and coffee shops to shopping, the Regal Barkley movie theater, and a brand new park that brings the community together. It’s one of Bellingham’s first true urban villages, and it continues to grow and evolve.

From there, we’ll head up Chandler Parkway, a beautiful residential area known for its hillside homes and sweeping views of the city and bay. I’ll share what it’s like to live here and give you a feel for the home styles, layout, and vibe of the area.

Then we finish in Tweed Twenty, a quiet neighborhood tucked just behind Chandler. It’s peaceful, green, and super convenient to everything Barkley has to offer—a favorite for people who want space, trails, and community all in one spot.
