Over the last year, I’ve maintained my weight around 84–85 kg, but ahead of the Ipswich Town vs Norwich City derby, I deliberately reintroduced carbs, rice, pasta, and yes, even Guinness, to see what effect it would have. The result? My weight jumped from 85 kg (187 lbs) to 99.1 kg (218 lbs) in just two weeks!
Now it’s time to reverse it — and prove how quickly you can reset your body by returning to a clean carnivore way of eating. I’ll be documenting my progress weekly, including:
