This is a soft, fudgy, and quick to make blondie in a microwave. If you are a chocolate hater and not a big fan of brownies, then this recipe is for you.

Microwave Blondies

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter (melted) – 150gm
Brown sugar – 1 cup
Flour/ Maida – 1 and 2/3 cup
Eggs – 2
Vanilla Essence – ½ tbsp.
White Chocolate chips – ½ cup + extra for garnish
A pinch of salt

Method:

To a bowl, mix together melted butter and sugar until they are well blended.
Add eggs and whisk until light and fluffy.
Now add vanilla essence, salt and give a quick mix. Add the flour in 3 parts and fold until we get a smooth and lump-free batter.
Finally, add the white chocolate chips and mix well.
Transfer the batter to a well-greased microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with some extra chocolate chips and microwave for 5 minutes.
A well-cooked Blondie will be firm on the top when touched. Cool the Blondie, cut them into squares, and serve them as it is or with ice cream.

Note: -
The cooking time in everyone’s microwave oven varies depending upon the power consumption. My microwave is 1400 watts and takes 5 minutes to cook the blondies. Please adjust the cooking time depending upon your microwave oven.
