Smarty AT 300 - ELS: cast iron backplate-1-facing

Описание к видео Smarty AT 300 - ELS: cast iron backplate-1-facing

With the job at hand, namely the machining of a backplate for the small 3-jaw I have for the Myford ML10, I intended to use the 2 axis ELS 4 PRO from Rocketronics I have on the Smarty AT-300 and in doing so, also show this for those interested.
I set out to show both a facing- and a turning cycle.. and managed that, but the "opposite" way vs. my initial plans. Haha.. well, so much for plans! However, it doesn't matter and only highlight that there are more than one way to do this.
This is part 1, showing a facing operation, while the following video will show a turning operation.
PS! I also use the "trick" I saw in one of Steve Jordan's YT videos to undo a stuck chuck (or in my case a backplate) from the Myford ML10 (in his case his ML7, but they share the same bullgear enegagement mechanism)
