This guide shows you how to obtain the Dormant SIVA Cluster called "Dormant SIVA Iron Lords 2.4" in Destiny DLC Rise of Iron.
There are 30 Dormant SIVA Clusters in the Game. At the moment is unknow for what you need this cluster but maybe like fragments, for a weapon. You can find this Dormant SIVA Cluster in the 320+ Lightlevel version of the The Devils Lair strike.

After the fight in the old Devil Walker area called The Blast you can find the Dormant SIVA Iron Lords 2.4 cluster. There is a open room on the left side of this area. Go inside, take the stairs to your right and in the next room is the cluster on the left side.
