In today’s video, we will be showing you a procedure video using PDLA to rejuvenate the under eye area.

Poly-D-Lactic-Acid, or PDLA in short, is a type of biocompatible and biodegradable synthetic polymer that has been used in various medical applications, including facial aesthetics. When used for under-eye rejuvenation, PDLA injections can help improve the appearance of dark circles, hollows, and fine lines under the eyes.

PDLA works by stimulating collagen production in the targeted area, which helps to firm and plump up the skin. The treatment involves a series of injections that are carefully placed under the skin using a fine needle. While PDLA injections are generally safe, it's important to have the procedure done by a qualified and experienced medical professional to minimize the risk of complications.

Fan-Dotting Injection Technique, a simple method for infraorbital rejuvenation using injectable Poly-D, L-lactic acid.
1. Retrograde injection by the steps of "inject, pull, inject, pull, ..." is performed.
2. Repeat "retrograde injection" method in different angels using the same entry point.
3. Until the whole lower lid and malar regions have been injected.
4. Additional injections are made over the regions where the prodcut is not enough.

Procedure with PDLA or PDLLA
1. Make an entry point 1cm lateral and inferior to the lateral canthus.
2. Insert a 23G cannula just below the dermis layer.
3. Fan-Dotting injection of PDLA is performed over lwoer eyelid and malar regions.
4. Massage the injected area.
5. Additional injections are made over the regions where the prodcut is not enough.
6. Massage the injected area again.
