In this video, you will learn how to prevent cheating in Google form quizzes by using an add-on called Quilgo Timer and Proctoring. I will show you a complete demonstration of the Quilgo Add-on for Google forms with a step by step process of installation, configuration and use. First, we will look into some of the ways, the student can do cheating in online quizzes and exams and then I will show you two methods to prevent cheating in Google form quizzes. The first method is by using built-in features of Google forms such as quiz settings, general settings and presentation settings. The second method of preventing cheating in Google forms is by using Quilgo Timer and proctoring application. You can use Quilgo to get a Time on Google form and to conduct a proctored exam. Another add-on which you may use for conducting a proctored exam is timer + proctor. I will demonstrate how to install, use and configure the Quilgo add-on for getting a timer on google forms and for camera tracking your students in an online exam. It is important to note that you have to give clear instructions to your students if you are using a timer. The reason is that if you are using a time limit on Google form quizzes and you are using Quilgo add-n but your students do not submit their quiz within the time limit then the quiz will close and they won't be able to submit whatever they have completed. Also for camera tracking using Quilgo, you must tell your students how to set the camera so that you could see them looking at their screens with Google quiz opened in front.
