To change color of Edge toolbar, click three dots → Settings → Appearance → Theme.
Pick a theme color.
Here, One color applies to all inactive tabs and other color in theme applies to the one active tab.
Pro Tip: I prefer a theme which provides better contrast between active and inactive tabs so that I can quickly locate the active tab among a lot of opened tabs.
My favorite color theme in Edge browser is mystical forest.
Please note that selection of a color theme does not change primary background color of webpages you browse.
For that you can install Dark Reader extension in Edge browser.
If you don’t like extension, then in Windows computer click ‘Start’ → Settings → Ease of access → Color filters. Here select ‘Grayscale inverted’ option.
