WELCOME TO EXERCISE FOR HEALTH:
Here is a strength programme to help people that have been left with one sided weakness or hemiparesis following a stroke, brain injury or other neurological condition. Due to the slow pace of the routine, I purposely haven’t added any music to this video to make it easier for you to follow along without any distractions. The full routine takes 40 minutes to complete (7 mobility exercises, 6 strength exercises and 5 stretching exercises), but you can pause the video at any point if you need a break.
