Описание к видео DIY Kids Snacks (Teddy Grahams, Cheetos, etc)

I made some fun snacks and crafts for my son Oliver over the last week, and I filmed a kids DIY series for my channel. If you have kids, or even if you love these snacks for yourself, hopefully you enjoy this fun series! =) Fall videos + planning videos are coming soon, PROMISE! =) hehe

Teddy Grahams
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2-1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
About 1/4 cup water or milk (we did half water, half milk)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk together wet ingredients (honey, vanilla, butter and water/milk). In another bowl, stir dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice). Make a well in the center of the flour and stir the mixture to combine.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out to about 1/4 inch thickness. Using a mini teddy bear cookie cutter, stamp out shapes.

Place the teddy grahams on the parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

DIY Cheetos
1/2 cup AP flour
1 1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter {cut in 1 tbsp size pieces}
1/2 cup water
powdered cheese {from a box of mac and cheese}

Instructions:
combine the flours and salt
cut in the butter
add water and mix until you have a firm dough, knead by hand,
pinch off small pieces and roll into logs.Place "logs" onto parchment lined baking sheets
bake at 350 for 10 minutes, turn over and bake another 5 - 8 minutes until crisp but not overly brown.
Add cheese once cool, keep in an airtight container or ziptop bag

PB&J 'uncrustables' (Bread, PB, Jelly, Crust Crust Cutter)

Dried Strawberries
Wash the strawberries. Cut the green leafy part off and cut each berry in half. Lay the halves cut side up on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to space your berries out so there’s lots of room for air to flow through.Place the sheets of strawberries in the oven and dry them at 200°F for 3 hours (or experiment with 170° – if your oven goes that low – for a longer period). You may want to flip them over halfway through especially if you have hot spots in your oven. It’s best to make these during a day you will be home all day, like on a weekend.
