Bangladeshi photographer and activist Shahidul Alam has joined the Freedom Flotilla, sailing on the vessel Conscience to deliver aid to Gaza. With around 100 journalists, doctors and organisers on board, the mission faces drones, naval blockades, and possible arrest- but participants remain determined. “We set off on Conscience to wake up the conscience of world leaders complicit in genocide,” Alam said.
