Alone, not lonely

I recently spent a long weekend alone when Bill and Violet went off for a short visit to Ireland. While I missed them and was so pleased when they safely returned, I have to say that I enjoyed my time Home Alone.
Don't misunderstand, I am not giving advice on combating loneliness which is a completely different thing entirely. Just showing how I spent some of my time (mostly making or eating food and scoffing chocolates!) , it's a good thing to be able to enjoy spending time on your own.
Not without mini disasters: made the most bland quiche ever, my raspberries went mouldy, and I used out of date custard, but other than that, things went well!
