Walk Around and Overview: 2023 BMW XM! (All New 644hp Super-SUV!)

In today’s video, we’re doing a walk around and overview with the long-awaited and highly anticipated 2023 BMW XM! The XM is one of many ways that BMW is celebrating its M Department’s 50th anniversary. The XM is a dedicated M car, meaning that there is no series car upon which it is based; there is only an M version. It is the first dedicated M car since the BMW M1 in the late 70’s and early 1980’s, and only the second of all time. This makes it an incredibly special car, as well as a glimpse into the future of BMW M, as the XM debuts lots of new tech that will find its way onto other M cars in the future.

This XM is finished in Mineral White Metallic over Black Merino Leather. It is shown wearing 923M M Light Alloy Wheels, in bi-color Nightgold. The XM features BMW’s S68 twin-turbo V8 as well as a plug-in hybrid system with a 25kWh battery. It is paired to an 8-speed M Steptronic transmission, which sends power to all-four wheels. The XM produces 644 horsepower and 590lb-ft of torque. This is enough to propel the XM to 60mph in just 4.1 seconds.
