The high court has temporarily suspended the 2.5 billion shilling ballot papers printing tender awarded to Dubai-based firm Al Ghurair. Justice George Odunga gave the orders following an application by the coalition for reforms and democracy. Cord had moved to court under a certificate of urgency seeking to quash a decision by the independent electoral and boundaries commission to award the multi-billion shilling tender.
