This run has massive amounts of AGG abuse...almost too much. By comparison, the Bronze Cup TAS had 8 AGGs, Silver Cup had 4 and Gold Cup has a whopping 32! Illusion alone beats the entire Bronze Cup with AGG count O_o

EDIT: The Mute City 2 run shows the first known major use of what's now known as "Double-Tap Ascend" in conjunction with the Air-Ground Glitch to gain both height and speed. Better examples are shown in Sand Ocean 2. If you know of an earlier example (DTA+AGG) then feel free to let me know.
