The BUTCHER SHOP Volvo (XC70 No-Start - Part 1)

Oh we got another fun one towed in...a beached whale 2004 Volvo XC70 AWD from Virginia with 278k miles!

According to the owner it was running fine, then started acting up and eventually refused to start.

It was torn apart by one shop, and attempted to be put together by another shop.
This poor Volvo is a BIG FAT MESS...fasteners missing, sensors loose, coils randomly plugged in...yikes!

Let's start from scratch and see if we can get humpty dumpty put back together again correctly.
Will it ever run again?
