We are growing our Independent Broker Network and looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join us.

Position Summary
As a Real Estate Investor Property Loan Independent Broker, you will source and originate investment property loans and submit them directly to REI Axis for underwriting and funding. This role is fully remote and commission-based. There are no special licensing requirements.

Brokers choose their own fee structure.
We recommend charging 1% to 2% of the loan amount.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and build relationships with real estate investors. agents, builders etc.
Review borrower scenarios and gather required documentation
Submit loan files to REI Axis for pricing and term sheets
Communicate loan programs and requirements to clients
Work with Rei Axis through closing
Manage your pipeline and follow-up schedule
Provide professional, responsive customer service
