My first time ice fishing in over 2 years! It was great to be back out on the ice! There is just something about ice fishing that I absolutely LOVE. Dad and I went to one of our favorite small ponds to do some ice fishing. We were fishing very early ice. The ice was just under 3 inches thick. We were able to land some bass and bluegill. I used a small ice fishing jig and wax worms to catch the bass and bluegill. Wax worms are my favorite bait for ice fishing. I also had some BIG bass get away. But I will be back for revenge!
