The Legend Of An Immortal: Ashwatthama Ashwatthama is a character from Mahabharata who is still believed to be alive and wandering on Earth since ages.

Ashwatthama was the son of guru Drona acharyar .Ashwatthama is a mighty Maharathi who fought on the Kaurava side against the Pandavas. Ashwatthama is considered as avatar of one of the eleven Rudras and one of the seven Chiranjivi. Ashwatthama is believed to be a living survivor of the Kurukshetra War. Ashwatthama slaughters many in the Pandava camp in a night which is against war rule and got curse from Lord krishna for killing unborn child of abimanyu. After Arjuna, Ashwatthama killed the highest number of warriors in the Kurukshetra war.
