Dramatic body-cam video shows Dylan Harrison escaping officers at Ystrad Mynach police station in Wales by sprinting from a police vehicle, leaping onto a van, and climbing over a wall while handcuffed, shouting that he would not go back to jail. Harrison, arrested on suspicion of domestic-violence offenses, cracked a police van’s windshield during the escape and broke his lower back in the fall.
