In January 2020, we flew out to Korea to celebrate Lunar New Years with Family. With a weekend left with just the two of us days before our flight back to the US, we decided to spend the remaining time exploring Seoul. As we’ve been to Seoul multiple times, most of the places and attractions that we visited were mainly food but we did manage to discover a couple new exciting places as well! We were in Seoul around the same time news of the first coronavirus case was widely disclosed in South Korea. At that time there was limited knowledge and information about enforced mask wearing and social distancing. While we did wear masks and gloves we were not consistent and we likely could have gotten sick during this trip or on the plane ride back.
