Trust me when I say that these are the best chocolate chip cookies! Being a cookie monster myself, I love making biscuits and cookies and don`t like to fuss too much. This is such a simple method that you can apply to all your cookies that you make. You don`t have to waste time putting a few chocolate chips here and there. These cookies have the chocolate chips floating throughout the entire biscuit. They are on the bottom, through the centre and on the top. You bite into the cookie and they are everywhere. INGREDIENTS:

prepared cookie dough
bowl of chocolate chips


METHOD:
-use biscuit dough of your choice
-take your measured dough, be it a teaspoon or larger and roll roughly into a ball
-take the dough ball and press into the chocolate chips ensuring that the entire ball of dough is covered
-re-roll the dough until the ball is even and the chocolate chips are spread throughout
-place the ball onto a baking a prepared baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the dough
-bake cookies as per instructions
-allow to cool and enjoy
-hard to stop at one!

TIP: you can use this same method with crushed nuts, dried fruit or crushed candy pieces instead of the chocolate chips
