Hey everybody. Today I have a comparison video for you. Ever since the closing of McClelland, pipers have been searching for a suitable replacement to their favorite McClelland blends. As such a search is undertaken, there is usually alot of hype out there on the internet as to what blend best mimics the other and which is the best. One of these recent "showdowns" between different blends has been the battle between Cult Embassy and Frog Morton Cellar. I will say these tobaccos are in the same category(English/Aromatic) but you cant substitute one directly for the other, they are both unique and have their own qualities that make them special. They are both great tobaccos. I apologize for the long video but I wanted to give both blends a fair shake and get the best tasting notes I can. If you don't want to hear my notes on them and just want the final outcome then skip to 22:00 but I would recommend you watch the whole video and see how I arrived at my conclusion.
