Since I got it on the 7th Nov, I have tested it on the road & in a shopping mall, the result is good.

With some exception:

On the road, one have to be careful of the uneven surface.
If one wheel is about to go over a slightly higher level, it will automatically "throw" to one side = turning suddenly to the left or right.
When that happens, the best is to "jump" off.

Or when reaching the higher level, slow down & let one wheel goes up the higher level first, followed by the second wheel.

This simply means that when approaching a higher level, slow down, then approach it at an angle & let one wheel get on it first, follow by the second wheel.

On flat surface, it is not problem at all, except that when approaching pathway or door that is narrow, have to be careful not to let one wheel "hit it" then it will be the same as going up a higher level = turning to the left or right suddenly.

On the weight, I find is still quite heavy even though it is 10 kgs.
Is it because of the battery' or motor weight??

This type of self balancing personal transporter need not be high power but needed to be light weight and easily carry-able, so that it can be used easily a s a "last mile destination" transporter.
and the length is a bit too long at 584 mm = 23 inches
because going between people is a bit too difficult and might roll over some one foot, LOL.

If the length is about 450 mm =18 inches, that will be good as it is about shoulder length.
Even though my Robin-M1 is not carry-able but it is about 450 mm & I can easily maneuver among crowded place.

But overall, it is still better than my Robin-M1 which I have been using for the last 3 years for short distance rides to shopping areas.
