The Sharks - The Single Helicopter Display

Amateur footage of a display by a single red Westland Gazelle helicopter from the Royal Navy display team known as The Sharks. Watch from the ground as this highly skilled pilot performs some hair-raising stunts.

The Royal Navy's unique helicopter display team known as 'The Sharks' were operational between 1975 to 1992. The pilots changed every year and were made up of instructors from the 705 Squadron based at Culdrose, Cornwall.

We're unsure who this pilot was so if anyone knows, please let us know in the comments.
