Dermal fillers are primarily designed for volume restoration. In most individuals below 30, natural facial volume is still well preserved, which means high volumes of filler are usually unnecessary and can lead to overcorrection.

That said, fillers are not always off the table.

When used conservatively, they can be appropriate for:

-Facial balancing
-Proportion correction
-Subtle nose lifting
-Small amounts of chin or cheek support

This approach is about intention, restraint, and long-term facial harmony not following trends.
