Tamago Yaki

This Japanese rolled egg omelet is just a technique mixed with some savory and sweet flavors for your eggs.

Recipe:

8 Eggs. (You decide how many)
2 tbls Soba noodle broth or dashi stock.
2 tbls Mirin
2 tbs Sugar

Use a sieve or strainer to scramble the eggs.

Combine all ingredients and then watch the video for the technique. Stay for the very end of the video to watch me screw it up badly.
