In the short video we are looking at our product KG-155-NA. This product is a polytetrafluoroethylene coated aramid glass cloth hybrid. We generally stock this material at 2600 millimetres wide.

A large market for this material is the production of beverage cans. Techbelt manufactures conveyor belts for this industry and can supply globally at short notice.

When we manufacture conveyor belts from this material, we generally produce them with a special connection called a bullnose loop. The bullnose loop is a special Aramid/Kevlar PTFE coated material that allows air flow through the joint area.

The edges of any conveyor belt produced in this product are reinforced with a black polytetrafluoroethylene film. The conveyor belt will resist temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius.
