Shannon Mahon was a principal of HR & Talent at Google where she worked with leaders and their teams pursuing transformational change in service of great user experiences. During her 12 years at Google, Shannon worked with leaders across the company, including Research, Technology & Society, Android, Workspace, YouTube, Maps, and Search, among others. She was an internal executive coach and previously managed the Tech Advisor program. Before Google, she worked for Prof. Robert Langer at MIT. She left Google in July 2023 to start Mile 88 and support leaders on alignment and people strategy.
