For technique tips today, we discuss frappé which means "to strike". Frappé is the basis for many petit allegro jumps in the center of ballet class, and there are different ways to execute this step. The more classical RAD training requires a flexed foot while Balanchine training uses the wrapped position of sur le cou-de-pied. Hope this tips help you!
