Prayer Journaling - Catholic Mom

Meditation, speaking with God, is necessary to grow in our holiness and our relationship with God. We don't know Him unless we pray. Most of us weren't taught how to pray beyond formal prayers. Formal prayers are wonderful when we just don't have the words, but God wants us to speak to Him and to LISTEN to what He has to say to us in return.

In this video I dive into different forms of meditative prayer that I use along with paper to help me decipher what God is asking of me and how best to respond to the situations of life.
