Animals Rescued from Isaias Flood Waters at Elmwood Park Zoo | NBC10 Philadelphia

Workers were able to evacuate 31 animals to safety during extreme flooding at the Elmwood Park Zoo. The flood waters brought on by Tropical Storm Isaias were so high that the zoo's alligator would have been able to escape. NBC10's Steven Fisher has the details.
