DIY IKEA Hydroponic NFT cabinet - COMPLETE BUILD Part 1 of 2

DIY Hydroponic NFT cabinet kitchen system, using a BESTÅ IKEA cabinet and NFT channels. This NFT-system is very easy in use, just put seedlings into the system and in some weeks lettuce and herbs are ready to eat or harvest. Fill the tank when needed with nutrient water.

We adjusted the slope a little bit more than in the video, using wooden sticks underneath the channels on one side where we had already adjusted the IKEA legs as high it could go. This leads to higher dissolved oxygen that you should have with the tank in a warm place like in your kitchen.

Gluing NFT channel endcaps we recommend to use foodsafe products like
