MOOJI - Stay As the Effortless Witnessing

A participant asks for help beacuse he cannot slow down
his mind and so he's not able to be/abide in the Is-ness.
Moojibaba shows that the mind does not have to be still to abide in the Is-ness.
The self does not impose conditions. We do not have to change anything to be in what is.
In the course of the conversation, it quickly becomes clear that the effort and the person who believes in the effort are just another idea that appears in the vastnes of consciousness.
