No. 4 Reduce stress - the nervous system is the communication centre for EVERYTHING therefore in order to reduce stress we must regulate the central nervous system. Stress comes in many different forms in the world today and most people are trapped living in a constant state of survival. Your body will always prioritise survival over reproduction, reducing stress is vital for menstrual health.

No.5 Emotional expression - feel those feelings alllll of them welcome them all in. Suppressed emotion creates illness and disease in our physical body we now have enough research to support this. Physical symptoms and signs are what we experience when the body is screaming for our attention to the emotional and energetic blockages within.
