From the dog that hated bath time to the same dog that would get in any water he could find, Phil loved to wade in the river on walks. The only swimmer is actually Teddy but the others like to go up to their belly to cool off. Phil loves to plough through the water or snow with his snout though as you may hear, he forgets he can't breathe under water! These were the days, never a thought passed that you would soom be looking back at the videos wishing you were there again! Phil was such a charachter.
