This is part 2 of our New York pizza trip and today we visited Brooklyn New York to try Grimaldi's Pizza, I enjoyed every pizza place that we visited while we were in New York but Grimaldi's took my pizza experience to another level. The pizza was just perfect, it was probably the best pizza we had while we were in New York.
The location was amazing, under the Brooklyn Bridge on a cute little street with other shops including a cool ice cream factory.
I can't say enough good things about this place, it had charm it had history and it has a coal fired pizza oven including great tasting pizza's.
If you're a pizza fanatic like me then Grimaldi's should be on the top of your list of must visit pizza joints. Sauce, crust, cheese and toppings all perfect, not soggy not burnt just perfect.
